Raindrop Technique is a process of gently dropping essential oils, one a time in a sequence, along the spine at the energy centers. After each oil is applied, it is gently smoothed and fanned with light massage over the spinal column starting at the tailbone and extending up to the base of the skull, affecting the nerves that branch out to the body. Oils are combined with high quality massage oils. After all the ails are applied using the 'Raindrop Technique', a very warm towel compress is applied to the back and then covered with a warm dry towel. The back can become very warm and then peaks at about 5 to 10 minutes, then cools down. The water from the warm compress will cause the oils to sink deeper into the skin. The more out of balance the higher the presence of virus or bacteria, or the more inflammation in the spine the hotter the area will become along the spine. Sometimes you will experience only mild heat or none at all. Many clients may feel enhanced vitality and a sense of well being, feel very relaxed, and some will feel a decrease in long term aches and pain.
